Raynia McGee, M.D.

Dr. Raynia McGee began practice with the Christian Counseling Center in September of 2017. Originally from Talladega, AL, she received her B.S. from Spelman College in Atlanta, GA in 1996, her Master’s in environmental science from UT San Antonio in 2000, and her M.D. from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, TN in 2010. Raynia’s Psychiatry Residency was at Palmetto Health/University of SC from 2010-2014. She is a Board-Certified Psychiatrist with the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, a member of the American Psychiatric Association and the American Medical Association. She was also a recipient of the Psychiatry Resident of the Year Award in 2014. She and her husband Ellis have two children and are active in Gracelife Church.

Dr. McGee practices outpatient psychiatry specializing in medication management and the treatment of adult depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, and women’s issues.
