Michael began his work at the Counseling Center in the summer of 2012. Before entering the Clinical Counseling program at Columbia International University, he held a Bible Certificate from CIU, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Wofford College, and a Master of Divinity from Reformed Theological Seminary. Michael’s particular therapeutic interests include premarital, marital and family counseling, but he also works with individuals and couples in a wide variety of capacities.
In addition to serving as a counselor, Michael is an ordained pastor, having previously served in 2 pastorates. He enjoys following and playing sports, especially tennis, watching movies and spending time with his wife and five children.
