Step 1: Request Appointment
If you are considering counseling, the first step is to request an appointment. It is free, quick and completely confidential. You can request an appointment online or by phone during our administrative hours.
Step 2: First Session
The first session is a great opportunity to meet the counselor and build relationship with them. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your first session.
Step 3: Weekly Sessions
During the first session, you and your counselor will set up weekly, or otherwise regularly scheduled times to meet together. These sessions usually last 50 minutes. It is during these sessions that your counselor will begin to help guide you toward personal and relational wholeness.
