Ashley holds a Masters Degree in Counseling from Columbia International University. Her areas of therapeutic interest are depression, anxiety disorders, pre-marital issues, skills involving emotional regulation and interpersonal effectiveness, and children & adolescent disorders. Ashley and her husband have been married for over six years and have one son.
